During our sprint planning meetings, we will review progress, prioritize and pinpoint outstanding tasks. In between meetings, your dedicated project manager will be available to assist with anything you need.

For consultancy services and projects with variable scope, we charge an hourly rate. This ensures that you only pay for the time required. For more defined projects like audits, we provide a fixed price for the agreed-upon deliverables.

Each week, you will receive a brief update on progress and key activities. At the end of each month, we provide a custom report that includes detailed insights and metrics.
